Ministries
to arrange for the following terms:
1. Expenses such as travel, food, lodging. (Dr. Fox would prefer to stay with a local family.)
2. A fee of $15 per attendee, with a guarantee of at least 20 persons.
3. For every paying attendee over 20, $3 will be returned to the
host group;
for every paying attendee over 50, $5 will be returned to the host
group;
for every paying attendee over 100, $8 will be returned to the host group.
3. Other matters may be relevant depending on specific circumstances.
