Home-Schoolers
94% remain with
Christian faith of Parents
as against only 15% in govt. schools
[COMMENT: We will be collecting additional information on this 94% figure as we find it, and also on the other ways in which home-schoolers turn out more stable and mature than government-schooled children. (See Dr. Brian Ray below.)
If these figures remain valid, then one must conclude that government schooling is nothing short of child abuse, and parent abuse, and family abuse. (That, by the way, is a well-documented charge. See works of Charlotte Iserbyt and Eakman, Beverly Page E. Fox]
Home Schooling
Grows Up ---
MUST READ!
--- There are now enough students who have grown up through home-schooling to make valid tests comparing them with government-schooled
children -- to see how they function as adults. The results are
astonishing, not even close. Government-schooling is child abuse not
to be tolerated by any parent. Resources are growing to help those in
financial need.
In government schools, only about 15% of the students survive with their
Christian faith. In home school, 94% of Christian children keep on
with their faith. For more information on the
94%, see Dr. Brian Ray below.

THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST NEWS
I HAVE HEARD IN YEARS. I KNEW THAT THERE WAS A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE,
BUT THIS IS BEYOND ALL EXPECTATION. WE NEED TO SEE IF THE RESULTS
SURVIVE THE FIRESTORM OF CRITICISM WHICH WILL ERUPT SHORTLY....
WHAT HOMESCHOOLING HAS DONE,
I THINK, IS RETURN THOSE YOUTH (AND NOW ADULTS) TO THE LEVEL OF INTELLECTUAL, MORAL, AND
SPIRITUAL COMPETANCE TYPICAL DURING THE 1800's AND EARLY 1900's
BEFORE SECULARISTS HAD SO SUCCESSFULLY BRAINWASHED THE PUBLIC. TRUTH WILL
OUT. GOD IS BLESSING AMERICA WITH A SECOND CHANCE!

Will your children believe in Jesus when they graduate from high school? Homeschooled: 94% Public Schooled: 15%
94% of homeschoolers keep the faith and 93% continue to attend church after the high school years. But a shocking 75% to 85% of Christian children sent to public school drop out of church, and do not hold a Christian worldview after high school graduation.
By grade eight, the average homeschooled student performs four grade levels above their public and private school counterparts.
A background in teaching is not necessary; in fact, "home educated students' test scores remained between the 80th and 90th percentiles, whether their mothers had a college degree or did not complete high school."
What does God say about education? Homeschooling is the most Biblical form of education. God addresses parents as the educators of their own children:
"And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up." - Deuteronomy 6:6-7
"All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children." - Isaiah 54:13
"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." - Proverbs 22:6
Jesus said: "Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit? A student is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher." - Luke 6:39, 40
"Learn not the way of the heathen." - Jeremiah 10:2

90,000,000
Americans functionally illiterate - from
http://darrinrows.blogspot.com/. I (E. Fox)
remember the banner headlines in 1993. But it was quickly squelched
and ignored by people who "knew better" or who could not bring themselves
to look at the truth. The figure is routinely mocked today, but the truth
is that it can only have gotten worse, not better. And that will remain
the case until parents reassert their obligation and right to educate their own
children as they see fit, and we remove government from all connection to
education, totally. For the
most part, parents love
their children, bureaucrats love their power and their turf.
Here is the 1993 study, pdf format:
http://nces.ed.gov/pubs93/93275.pdf
The figures given in this report must be compared with
homeschooled adults (PDF) &
religious faithfulness and with early
American literacy rates, prior to government control.
Functional illiteracy means inability to do the things required to get along in
society, read a bus schedule, write a check, simple things that we take for
granted.
It had already in the 1980's been stated by
officials that that was the first generation in which children
would not receive an education better than their parents. Nothing has
changed because officialdom does not want it to. They want a
controllable, not an educated, population. GET YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF
GOVERNMENT EDUCATION....
Quote from the above website:
"Here's a fun factoid - about 90 million Americans (55% of
the adult population) are functionally illiterate. That's from the National
Adult Literacy Survey in 1993. Now, assuming that half the adult population
hasn't been striving to get their read on in the past 12 years, it's safe to say
it's around the same level now.
Usually, I'd like to tell some kind of joke here, but I think this bears
repeating - according to the National Adult Literacy Survey in 1993, 90 million
Americans are illiterate. That's 90 million, which when written out looks like
this: 90,000,000. That's the number of people who can't read. In America."
