Below are photos of the 2008 4th of July celebration of our work at Camp Vigilance and surrounding areas. We had guest speakers from all over, including family from the Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean families, the two border patrol officers who are unjustly in prison for doing their duty on the border, trying to apprehend a drug smuggler.
About 250 people attended, as I recall. It was a gala event, and the first time in years that I actually heard patriotic speeches on the 4th of July. I gave my seminar on A Free People under a Limited Government which was well attended.

white, and blue lights, in place
of fireworks, which would be too
dangerous in the dry desert. They made a spectacular sight
floating
off high into the night.
